Returns and resizing
Fourteen days to return a ring, and one free resize within the first month.
Returns
- You can return a ring for up to 14 days from delivery.
- Return shipping is free. Venera covers it.
- Refunds are received within 2 weeks of the return being accepted.
- Engraved rings cannot be returned. They can still be resized.
Engraving is the one decision that cannot be undone, which is why we flag it on the review page before you order.
Cancelling before it is made
Rings are made to order, so there is a window before work starts. You can cancel in that window — call or WhatsApp us on +971 50 668 0877 as soon as you can. Once the ring has been made, the returns policy above is what applies.
Paying
Rings are paid for in full at checkout. We do not take deposits, and we do not offer instalments or finance.
Keep the certificate
The IGI certificate and the packaging must come back with the ring. If the certificate has been lost, we cannot accept the return. It is the one thing worth putting somewhere safe the day your ring arrives.
What else we do not ask
- Condition does not matter. Return the ring as it is. There is no unworn or unmarked requirement, as long as you are inside the 14 days.
- A resized ring can still be returned, within the same 14 days. Using your free resize does not cost you the right to return it.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Resizing
- One free resize within 1 month of delivery.
- Any further resize, or any resize after 1 month, is chargeable.
- Resizing takes 1 day.
- If you chose I'm not sure as the ring size, this is the same free resize. Nothing extra to arrange in advance.
